MENTEE CRITERIA:

• Female identifying

• Based in the UK

• Aged between 25-32

• Have spend 3+ years in full time employment

• Are NOT part of a work-place graduate scheme*

• Can commit to attending 19 hours of mentoring a year (roughly 1.5hrs a month)
